Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers are still firmly attached to the garment.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
